As an MDM Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Master Data Management solutions that enable an organization to efficiently manage and maintain its critical data assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across various systems and applications.
MDM Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to design effective MDM solutions that align with organizational goals and data governance policies.
Development: Develop, configure, and customize MDM solutions using MDM software tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, Talend MDM, or other relevant MDM platforms.
Data Modeling: Design and implement data models, entity-relationship diagrams, and data dictionaries to define master data entities and their relationships.
Data Integration: Create and manage data integration processes to extract, transform, and load (ETL) master data from source systems into the MDM repository.
Data Quality Management: Implement data quality rules, validation, and cleansing procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency within the MDM system.
Data Governance: Enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.
Data Mapping and Transformation: Develop data mapping and transformation logic to harmonize and standardize master data across the organization.
