Job Description

• Leveraging your expertise in the Microsoft BI tool stack and SQL server programming to extract, transform, and load data for analysis.
• Utilizing SSDT tools, including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and SQL Server, to create data solutions that provide valuable insights to our clients.
• Applying your knowledge of Oracle ERP (R12) to integrate and analyze data from this source.
• Contributing to the development of Power BI solutions (good to have).
• Optimizing SQL performance to ensure data queries and reports run smoothly (good to have).
• Collaborating directly with customers and clients to understand their data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participating in SQL Server development and ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Engaging in performance tuning and optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Demonstrating an understanding of MS Azure cloud technologies (an advantage).
• Employing excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address data challenges.
• Adapting to a 24x7 working environment to meet project requirements.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience working with the Microsoft BI tool stack and SQL server programming.
• 2-4 years of experience using SSDT tools, specifically SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• 1-2 years of experience in Oracle ERP (R12).
• Power BI development skills are a plus.
• SQL performance tuning experience is a plus.
• Experience working directly with customers/clients is a must.
• SQL Server development exposure is a must.
• Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of MS Azure cloud would be an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment.
