Sr Delphi Developer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to contribute to the development of our software solutions on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Delphi 10.2, Delphi.Net, SQL, and unit testing frameworks. You should have a strong understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts in software development, as well as a deep knowledge of object-oriented programming with familiarity of design and architectural patterns.

Job Description

• 8 to 12 years of experience with Delphi 10.2, Delphi.Net, SQL, and unit testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts in software development.
• Proficiency in working with software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum using Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with code versioning tools including Git and SVN.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate software and system design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy software solutions on a contractual basis.
• Design and implement software features and enhancements.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
• Work with Agile and Scrum methodologies using Azure DevOps for project management.
• Collaborate with the team to solve complex technical challenges.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions.
• Communicate software and system design effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
