Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Microsoft Power Apps Developer/Consultant/Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to meet the organization's unique business requirements. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, develop solutions, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

Job Description

Application Development:

  • Create, customize, and maintain Power Apps solutions to automate business processes.
  • Develop canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps.
  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.

Design and Implementation:

  • Design data models, user interfaces, and workflows within Power Apps.
  • Configure connectors and data sources to retrieve and update data.

Testing and Debugging:

  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Power Apps solutions.

Documentation:

  • Create detailed documentation of Power Apps solutions, including architecture, user guides, and best practices.

User Training:

  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of Power Apps solutions.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Apps solutions.

Administer Power Apps Environment:

  • Manage and maintain the Power Apps environment, including user access, licenses, and configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, databases, and data integration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
