Job Description:
• To be a part of the LIMS COE team responsible to deliver Instrument Integration with SampleManager LIMS.
• Configure integration points and agents in IM, Create transformations and mapping, and Work with business focal points and lab technicians across the globe – working across cultural/language barriers.
• Experience in Thermofisher SampleManager LIMS system, Integration Manager, and Database skill (Oracle SQL).
Job Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in Thermofisher Instrument Integration systems, preferably 3.0 or above.
• General coding/programming skills (C#, VGL ..etc)
• SampleManager LIMS systems – Preferably version 12.0 or above.
• Experience in handling various result file formats such as flat files, XML, JSON ..etc.
• Experience in SampleManager web services architecture.
• Good communication skills - both written and oral.
• Self-starter, takes initiative to seek information/help to resolve issues quickly.
