o Delivery and Execution KPI’s as signed off in Customer Contracts
o COE Management (Training, Certification, Solution Lab, Execution Mgmt Best
practices, Metrics and Measurement, Standardization etc.)
o Quality Management and execution ( SEI CMM level 3/5 )
o Delivery Excellence across all execution
o Delivery Governance
o SLA, Risk and KPI execution
o BMI Management
o Customer Satisfaction
o Delivery led Existing Accounts incremental Sales
• Operations Management:
o Pipeline Report and Validation
o Revenue Tracking
o Cost of Delivery
o Expense and Budget management
o Resource Management
o Recruitment Support
• Sales and Pre-Sales Support
o Pipeline Reporting and Analytics
o Pricing and Commercial Management
• Performance Management:
o Performance Review
o Increment Management
o Promotions review and analysis
o Attrition Management
o Any Other Org level Initiatives
• Sec PU Strategy: The candidate is required to work with Sec PU leadership team to
set strategy and future goals for Delivery and Operations team in alignment with
Sec PU leadership team
• Management Reports for Leadership Teams

Management
• Have managed 60-70milion business.
• Security Domain Execution and Professional Competency in Cyber Security, Threat

Vulnerability Management
• In depth Execution experience for Managed Security Services 24x7 Operations and
Transformations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills for internal and external client presentations
