Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
* Experience in configuration management and automation using any of
the
scripting tools such as Python/Ansible is a must.
* Knowledge of Redhat Openshift deployment & operations in public
cloud
(AWS / Azure) is a plus.
* Develop and modify the helm chart based on the requirement and
based on the environment (Dev, test and prod )
* Application deployment on openshift using Helm Chart or Manifest
files along with CD tools like Argocd and GOCD or Jenkins
* Troubleshoot the application deployment issues.
* Build Docker files, Container Images for frontend and backend
application.
* Solutioning on DevOps Domain.
* Customer Interfacing and application onboarding on openshift
cluster.
* Understanding on SDN concepts, micro-segmentation, guest and
network
introspection, service chaining is good to have skills.
* Manage existing Terraform Code, Build and deploy AWS
infrastructure by using terraform scripts..
* Providing professional technical consultancy to migrate and
transform existing on-premises applications to Public cloud and support to
all Cloud-related programmes and existing environments
* Excellent Linux OS administration and troubleshooting skills.
* Proven troubleshooting skills to resolve issues related with cloud
network, storage and performance management.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
* Adapt in ITIL, SOX and security regulations
* Three to five years of work experience in programming and /or
systems analysis applying agile frameworks

in to the openshift and technology solutions. To design, plan and implement
a growing set of openshift platforms and solutions used to provide mission
critical infrastructure services to Vodafone internal customers. To
constantly analyse, optimise, migrate and transform the global Vodafone
legacy IT infrastructure environment into cloud ready & cloud native
solutions and responsible for providing software-related operations support,
including managing level two and level three incident and problem management
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
* Design, deploy and operate PaaS (Redhat Openshift ) in private &
public cloud for Production environment
* Build, operate and scale OpenShift platforms (PaaS) in multiple
regions
* Industrialize (automate) platform operations and deployment
* Lifecycle management of OpenShift clusters.
* Provide consultancy to applications to assist migration to the
platform
* Expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes to troubleshoot network,
security, infrastructure issues.
* Manage the SLA of platforms at five nine's ( 99.999 uptime)
* Using GITOPS to transform change management at scale.
* Hands-on experience on Openshift cluster installation , upgrades
and monitoring.
* Participate in the validation and deployment of new ACS and
OpenShift deliveries. Ensure that the PaaS setup and capacity evolve in a
way that
provides the proper level of service to the applications
