* Must have excellent working knowledge of Pega version 7.x and 8.x
* Must have solid foundation of developer level general IT Knowledge
(Oracle DBs/SQL, Unix, integration protocols
* Ability to communicate effectively especially in an
onsite/offshore setup
* Excellent analytical skills, able to understand complex software

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
* Degree or higher degree in software engineering or related
technical discipline
* PEGA Certified System Architect
* Extensive experience in designing/architecting enterprise solutions.

across enterprise, etc.
* Helping the team in their technical enablement and growth
