* Manage Customers expectations

* Manager 3- 5 scrums for technical delivery (2/3 engagements)

* Understand and translate existing complex business user stories to
granular technical stories

* Understand the Business problem statement and how it is aligned to
achieving the business area strategic goals and business objectives.

* Strategize and document the functional requirements

* Business benefits and how benefits can be realized.

* Scope of change including assessment of the impact of business
changes required to support the goals/objectives of the stakeholder area.

* Business requirements and prioritization of requirements according
to business need.

* Effective business solutions through improvements in automated &
non-automated components of new or changed processes.

* Agile approach using various methods to fast-track business demand
using Hothouse, Six Sigma and other recognized industry methodologies

* Provide leadership and mentoring to other members of the technical
team.

Job Description

Role purpose:

This role is focused on working with the Product owners and managers within
the stakeholder communities to shape the projects within the billing and
finance roadmap. A product owner is a role on a Scrum team that is
responsible for the project's outcome. The product owner seeks to maximize a
product's value by managing and optimizing the product backlog. Scrum is an
Agile software development framework that enables a team to communicate and
self-organize.

Additionally, a specialized product expert who works collaboratively with IT
organizations to strategically plan for successful deployments and help
realize optimal performance and growth.

As a service lead, responsible for onboarding new employees and coaching
them on updated processes. They use the elements of people management to
provide constructive feedback and mentor employees so they can succeed in
their positions. This helps increase the productivity and development of an
organization.
