SF Consultant (Functional)

Overview

*      3+ years of SAP HR experience and SuccessFactors Employee Central certification & strong implementation experience

*      Well versed in collecting business requirements and updating configurations workbooks.

*      Hands on Employee Central knowledge and country specific requirement.

*      Good understanding of Employee Central Data models – Succession data models, Corporate Data models and MDFs, propagation data models

*      Should be able to configure Employee Central data models, Picklists management, Organization, Pay & Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Self Service (MSS / ESS) Transactions Configuration, Workflow Configuration, EC Position Management, Meta Data Framework (MDF) Objects Configuration, business rules configurations.

*      Knowledge of EC Timesheets and Time off configurations will be an added advantage.

*      Good understanding in configuring Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Workflows, Take Rules, Accrual Rules, Period End Processing Rules, Time Account Types, Time Types, Time Profile etc.

*      Explore solutions to business requirement.

*      Should have good communication and business interaction skills.

*      Should be able to adapt changes quickly and should be able to work with cross module teams.

*      Testing & coordinating changes/enhancements in Non-Prod SF systems (including creation/modification of test data) & deployment in SF Prod system.

*      Good experience with SF standard & Canvas reports

*      Candidate must have SF integration knowledge including SFAPI, ODATA API & Integration Center. Candidate with SAP CPI knowledge is preferred.

*      Candidate must have Payroll experience (including SF Compensation & Third party/vendor payroll preferably for UK)

*      Daily support activities (BAU), coordinating SF platform upgrades and help resolving payroll related queries

*      Candidate having experience with Employee profile and Time & Attendance (UKG) is preferred
