Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expert knowledge on Windows server operating systems, VMware, Cisco UCS and SCCM Administration.
• Expert knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools including OS Hardening and Vulnerability assessment.
• PowerShell Scripting
• Exceptional communication Skills.
• ITIL Knowledge – Problem Management and Change Management.
• Strong Knowledge on VMware vsphere(ESXI v7).
• Troubleshooting/ Root cause Identification.
• Good Hands-on command line of ESXi.
• Design, Deploy and configure SCCM infrastructure to support software deployments and update across the organization.
• Troubleshoot SCCM client and server issues and perform necessary remediation.
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure proper integration of SCCM with other systems and tools.
• Monitor and Maintain the health of SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points and clients.
• Plan and schedule ESXi upgrades in co-ordination with the virtualization team and other stakeholders.
• Develop and follow upgrade procedures rollback plans and documentation for reference.
• Stay informed about the latest updates and features in VMware vSphere and recommend improvements to the virtualisation environment.
• Identify and prioritize firmware and software updates for UCS components, including UCS Manage, Fabric interconnects and associated infrastructure.
• Perform post-Upgrade testing and verification to ensure the stability and functionality of the upgraded UCS infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the upgrade process, including compatibility problems, connectivity issues or software bugs.
• 3rd  party application patching through ivanti tool.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationship within the department, the strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities units and the company interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Related certifications may count towards years of related experience.
• Research and introduce new technologies or enhance existing ones.
• Provide Level- 2/ 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA.
