Job Description

SAP Customer Service SAP Customer Service consultant with minimum 4 years of experience in SAP CS and PM

• Must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules:

• Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service, Project Planning, Creation, Costing, Revenue, Billing, Monitoring, Repair Project Planning,

• Work with on-site team members, onsite key users and managers, to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation

• Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems

• Requirement gathering, SAP Configuration, specifying interfaces, and data migration, testing, cutover Customer and Business Partner management Service Contract and Quotation processing

• Customer and Business Partner management

• Service Contract and Quotation processing

• Experience in integration with other SAP modules

• Reporting Experience in third party Integration with SAP Service and maintenance orders

• Candidate must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules

• Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue, billing, monitoring, Repair project planning,

• Ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation

• Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems

• Good to have experience in S/4 Service
