Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OIG Identity Governance Consultant to join our team. As an OIG Identity Governance Consultant, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) solutions, with a focus on user management, role-based access controls, and user life cycle management.

Skills & Requirements

Installation and Configuration of OIG for Identity Governance. Configuring OIG features for user management and governance – user life cycle management, role-based access controls. Install and configure OOTB connectors. Creating and configuring custom connectors. Configuring policies for role-based access controls. Configuring access certifications. Configuring OIG Self Service. Configuration and maintenance of Trusted and target recon jobs. Custom tasks and event scheduler configurations and scheduling. Custom notifications and approval workflows. Configuring custom and OOTB audit reports and automated report deliveries. Configuring OIG connectors for Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange and LDAP directories, Microsoft Share Point Online. Configuring OIG connectors for Oracle EBS, EPM using asserters and Oracle Fusion applications - HCM, CX, EPM Analytical and Trouble Shooting skills - working with multiple internal and customer stakeholders to resolve application problems and perform Root Cause Analysis. Expert in Java, Web Services - SOAP & REST, Database concepts and SQL. Keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry and guide project teams to follow Oracle and industry best practices. Good understanding of operating and deploying services in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Monitoring and Maintenance: Setup and respond to standardized alerts, perform regular log analysis, monitor and maintain systems to identify any issues. Develop documentation for assigned projects including installation guides, troubleshooting guides, run books etc. Possess excellent skills on technical design and architecture, should have created designs for OIG Implementation Leadership: Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Communications: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and clients, verbally and in writing. Able to present ideas in a variety of ways depending upon audience and context. Excellent active listening and documentation skills.
