We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Mapping Specialist to join our team. As a Finance Process Mapping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in mapping and documenting finance processes using tools such as Visio. You will work closely with process owners, facilitate discussions, and drive process improvement initiatives. Your expertise in finance processes and documentation will contribute to streamlining and optimizing our finance operations.
· Mapping of new or updates to existing Finance processes using Visio · Manage the delivery / maintenance of finance process maps and process improvement initiatives · Facilitates (with onshore support) conversations with process owners and documents outcomes, updates, and actions · Supports onshore resources to drive greater ownership and responsibility for identified Finance process owners · Maintains repository of the Finance process maps · Finance process mapping and documentation skills · Experience working in Finance is highly desirable (examples include AP, AR, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, period end reporting) · Experience in Finance process excellence / improvement delivery · Use of Visio will be an added advantage · Experience in process documentation.
