• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including cisco routers, Cisco Meraki Routers & Switches, Cradle point device, proxy servers, cisco switches, WAN accelerators, load balancers, DNS and DHCP
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
• Configuring, routing, and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
• Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues & Liaise with ISP and other IT teams for problem resolution.
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders
• IP address auditing.
• Defines, documents, and enforces system standards.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
As a part of Managed services provide technical remote support to client, Network Monitoring and Management, Incident/Change/Configuration/Problem Management, Escalation Management, Network Capacity Planning, Risk Analysis and Mitigation., Vendor/SP co-ordination, Maintain & Update the Infrastructure documentation and Knowledge database. Ensure to Maintain UP time SLA Excellent knowledge and hands on experience for the below technologies • Cisco Routers: 1900,2800,3800,3900 & ASR • Cisco Switches: 3750X,3560X,2960,4500,4900,6500 & Nexus. • Load Balancers: Cisco ACE/F5 • Meraki SD-WAN devices MR33, MR42, MS120, MX64, MX65 & MX84 • Routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VRRP, HSRP/static routing.
