Job Description

1. Monitoring the storage alerts and troubleshooting.

 2. LUN creation and allocation

 3. Host creation in storage

 4. SAN zoning

 5. Firmware version validation.

 6. Co-ordinate with vendor team for firmware upgrade.

 7. Call logging with vendor for Hardware errors

 8. Co-ordinate with vendor for hardware replacement

 9. Raising Change request for activities.

 10. EMC ISILON NAS storage SMB and NFS share creation and modification.

 11. Inventory validation and updating.

 12. User id management

13. User id creation and modification.

14. Taking SAN switch backups .
