An expert in Talent Acquisition Insights, you will be supporting _VOIS
Global Talent Acquisition to provide timely, accurate and quality Insights,
reports, dashboards to the stakeholders as per the defined process and
standards of security and compliance.
* In this role you act as a talent Acquisition insights subject matter
expert and apply knowledge in support of key projects to develop and manage
TA analytics
* Interact and work closely with TA management, internal stakeholders
to understand the business information needs
* Develop visually compelling dashboards and presentations for the
recruiting team on SLA to reflect effectiveness of the operations
* Prepares reports to assess recruiter performance analytics, trending
analysis, application reports, conversion reports, etc.
* Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve the reporting
process as well as areas of underperformance.
* Build strong understanding of the TA data and quickly translate
large data set into simple, meaningful, and brief insights with strong and
impactful visualization.
* Providing ad-hoc analysis insights as per needs
* Research and consult on industry best practices and advise TA to be
more effective and efficient
* Generating reports to analyze business performance across functions
on a periodic basis with adherence to quality and accuracy.
* Ensuring all reports & dashboards are prepared as per stakeholder
requirements as per the desired frequency (weekly/ monthly/quarterly)
* Professional with 2+ years of experience across TA Analytics & Data Management * Excellent Knowledge of reporting tools (Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI etc.), Power Point, MS Excel * Good analytical skill and logical reasoning * Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization * Ability to plan, organize, and manage a variable work load and meet schedules with accurate results * Innovative thinker with ability to drive change and effectiveness through automation and process excellence * Ability to work well independently in a team environment, be self-motivated and multitask while achieving expectations
