1. Project Manager will be accountable to handle the projects with delivery aspect such that the client is satisfied.
2. Ability to manage a large size customer Overall planning execution.
3. Lead planning and implementation of projects.
4. Resource Allocation and Management.
5. Develop and maintain project metrics and dashboards.
6. Ensuring profitability of the project by accounting, costing and billing of projects.
7. Project schedule and tracking preferably JIRA or any other Scrum based tracking tool.
8. Manage Risk and Issues logs with mitigation plan.
9. Timely communicating with all stake holders about the status of the projects.
10. Manage and trace requirements and scope creep.
11. To keep client satisfied and grow the account.
12. Have in depth knowledge and experience of Software Design and Development in J2EE, (MVC Architecture using spring (3.1 & above) and Hibernate (4.2 & above) frameworks.) Database Oracle and WebLogic /JBOSS/Tomcat.

14. Scoping the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions.
15. Hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
16. Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, internal communication and presentation skills.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
18. Should have implemented end to end projects (Oracle, Java)
19. Experience building Mobile Apps.
