Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Expertise on SAP Finance (FI) & Funds Management (FM) module.

2. On demand support to Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams.

3. Accountable for Solution issues escalated to the Support team. Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested and follows-up those until they are properly closed according to process defined. Support provided is functional (analysis, feed-back, recommendation …).

4. Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization as far as testing is concerned.

5. Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions of on his/her area.

6. Liaise with Customers and other verticals, regarding problem solving and enhancement.

7. Support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, transition to AM).

8. SAP and functional knowledge on Financial and Controlling and Funds Management Processes.

Skills & Requirements

Technology Skills: 1. 3 to 6 years of Experience in SAP FI / FM module 2. Around 3+ years of SAP experience as consultant with complex and multiple projects (both complete Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP – FI & FM including hands-on experience 3. SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI- GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL, FM 4. Experience in Financial Month end Activity, Financial Closing Cockpit(Task template, Task list) and Intercompany reconciliation process. 5. Experience in validating cutover activities is required 6. Exposure to integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PS is preferred 7. Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, …) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, …), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, …) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, teamwork, multiple teams’ interaction, …) Behavioral Skills: 1. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience (excellent English is a must) 2. Should be able to coordinate with client. 3. Team player and networking (colleagues as well as external partners) 4. Capacity to challenge partners as well as capacity to show added value in relationship with them 5. Customer centric and capacity to deliver high level of service. 6. Work independently with minimum supervision. Education: 1. BE/ B Tech./MCA/ Graduate.
