Overview of Responsibilities:

We are actively searching for an CWK for our Global Revenue Team. The candidate will be responsible for performing selected day-to-day responsibilities of the group at BlackRock. Responsibilities include closing of books and reconciliation of certain accounts. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly analytical and pro-active.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and record monthly revenue accruals.

  • Prepare balance sheet and profit & loss trends along with variance analysis.

  • Prepare monthly balance sheet and cash reconciliations.

  • Liaise with fund accountants and external/ internal administrators to resolve variances in AUM, advisory administrative fees, and waivers.

  • Assist on special requests and provide timely responses to internal departments and external parties. Assist in implementing controls and continuous process improvements.

  • Liaise with local controllers and operations teams.

  • Maintain client master database and other billing related information on an ongoing basis.

  • Handle client billing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Liaising with global stakeholders within Finance, with client relationship managers and business operations teams.

Skills & Requirements

Skills: Required Education, Training and Licenses: 4-5 years of experience, preferably in financial services. High proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office applications. Required experience & skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude & willingness to continuously learn. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Ability to consistently be attentive to detail while meeting critical deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills. Thorough knowledge of internal controls. Ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain high levels of accuracy. Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance/ Chartered Accountant. Certifications & Licenses: Chartered Accountant . Skills Required: CLOSING, DETAIL ORIENTED, FINANCIAL SERVICES, INTERNAL CONTROLS, BUSINESS OPERATIONS.
