Job Description

  • Provide technical support to Swift Group/UK Business and Legal teams within the organization by resolving their Issues in terms of Incidents / requests. 
  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software.
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and to translate technical terminology into terms understandable to non-technical business stakeholders. 
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Skills & Requirements

.Net, SQL, Agile C#.net, ASP.net, ADO.net, SQL, C# Windows Application, Web Services – API Knowledge on Rundeck – Continuous Deployment Knowledge on Versioning tools - SVN JavaScript development to support Usabilla Knowledge on Windows Server , IIS Database, Tables and Structure, DB Views and Stored Procedures
