Job Description
- Provide technical support to Swift Group/UK Business and Legal teams within the organization by resolving their Issues in terms of Incidents / requests.
- Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software.
- Assisting with systems integrations
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and to translate technical terminology into terms understandable to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
