1) Understand the requirement through difference source of information/documents available with the team. 2) Assist Architect(s) in designing activities and estimation of the work required. 3) Learning the best practices and the methodology used in the program and adhere to the standards. 4) Coding and Unit Testing of the code written as per the program standards and guidelines. 5) Adhere the processes followed for development in the program. 6) Mentor/train existing and new team members. 7) Identify and collaborate with all necessary stakeholders in order to come to terms or reach agreement in accordance with defined project goals with little to no assistance. 8) Track progress against assigned tasks, report status, and proactively identify issues to the Product Owners, Architects and management team. 9) Work successfully in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to help team members in achieving their project goals if required. 10) Personal ownership and accountability for delivering assigned tasks and deliverables within the established schedule. 11) Must have good written and verbal communication skills. 12) Must have an experience in retail banking domain. Experience on Fiserv Signature International will be a plus. 13) Report to the Project Manager on the status and progress of work and accountable to the timely completion with quality.
•Technical Skillset required – o Strong experience on UI technologies like HTML5, React. o Strong knowledge of Java technologies like Spring, Spring boot, Spring Microservices, Spring JPA. o Experienced in JSON and RESTAPIs. o Full stack development experience with polyglot solutions; specially Java, Groovy, Kafka. o Knowledge of Integration and unit test and Behaviour Driven Development. o Strong integration design and development experience. o Need to have good debugging and problem solving skills. o Should have good understanding of Framework and Design Patterns and able to understand complex. Architectural aspects. o Experience integrating to third party applications. o Agile development experience. •Good communication skills both written and verbal.
