• As a QA Engineer your role will be to architect, develop, and maintain an innovative test automation strategy for applications and services that support our mission.
• Work in collaboration with Project Managers, Test Strategist, Business Analysts, and Testing Team to understand requirements and build the automated regression testing framework • Plan, design, and develop test scripts • Ensure software solution meets business requirements • Create and maintain high-quality documentation. • Mentoring junior QA resources.
Must-have skills: • Experience using Selenium or any other automation tools. • Experience in testing web applications and web architecture API using JAVA is highly desirable. • Exposure to automation tools and programming languages. • Should have Hands on experience in GUI automation (Selenium) and API automation (such as JUnit) using off the shelves tools. • Should have experience Test case identification, requirement mapping, test case review skills. • Should have experience in web concepts like Session, Cookies, Web request types, etc. • Should have experience in API testing Manual & Automation. • Should have experience in OOPS & programming concepts. • Strong experience in databases. • Good Test planning skills. • Good understanding of web & Mobile technology. • Good understanding of the defect lifecycle. Good to have: • Knowledge/ exposure of AWS/ Lambda / API is good to have. • Experience on testing Big Data application is good to have. • Exposure to different web security testing, different tools used for the same. • Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience. • Proven experience of working as a part of cross-functional team.
