Job Description

Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement.

Identify and propose service improvement.

Provide expertise support to the full chain of support.

Communicate on specific technical topic.

Train support team members.

He/she should understand the Procurement Ordering, Supplier Control and Master Data Supplier

Business processes supported by SAP.

Monitoring the applications / interfaces is key to prevent incidents then he/she should has a

correct knowledge in Solution Manager (SOLMAN).

In the Application Services department, he/she needs to have a strong customer focusing.

As the concerned domain is providing Application Services to Procurement related to

Production, Final Assembly Line and Logistics, he/she should understand the business criticality

and priority.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using agile

 

mind-set and methodology.

Skills & Requirements

Mandatory Skill: SAP MII Skills: As a SAP technical specialist he/she should have a good knowledge in SAP QM with knowledge in NonConformance,Inspection. 1. Skills of SAP ABAP - RICEF Development 2. Skills in Fiori and UI5 applications Development. SAP QM (Quality Management). NonConformance and Inspection processes. SAP ABAP development (RICEF - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). Fiori and UI5 application development. Procurement, Ordering, Supplier Control, and Master Data Supplier processes in SAP. Solution Manager (SOLMAN) knowledge. Strong customer focus. Understanding of Procurement, Production, Final Assembly Line, and Logistics business processes. Business criticality and priority assessment. Agile mindset and methodology experience. Qualification & Experience: 1) Graduate with 5+ years of experience in SAP. 2) Skills in SAP ABAPdevelopment. 3) Minimum one experience in Support or customer service. 4) Skills in supply chain processes in an industrial context. 5) Good problem solving and analytical skills. 6) Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers. 7) AGILE certification and/or SAFe certification is a plus.
