· Preparing, maintaining and updating SOPs at regular intervals.
· Deliverables: Daily Reports & weekly Dashboards of all subsystem and system.
· Knowledge on RMAN Backup configuration and support
· Knowledge on RAC Cluster DB.
· Capacity, performance, change & incident management services. (Oracle & MS SQL, details attached inAnnexure-1).
· Weekly & Monthly dashboards on devices performance, capacity management to be made available before5th Working day of the month
· Prepare adhoc reports and perform Adhoc activities.
· Coordination with Oracle and Microsoft for Service/support request & escalations.
· Upgrade Databases from lower to higher version
· Patch set Updates apply on all in-scope Oracle Databases.
· New application upgrades support prior to actual Upgrade.
· Preparing RCA for Sev-1 incidents and problem management techniques.
· Install and Configure DB Servers all versions.
· VAPT Mitigations Database and DB Server binaries.
· Manage Authentication, Access and Database Security (DB Vault, TDE , AVDF, Redaction)
· Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards
· Manage Disaster recovery aspects of databases.
