Job Description

  • SAP Consultant for SAP CS module is Responsible for analyzing customers’ business requirements and tailoring the use of the system to meet those objectives. Identifies and understands end users’ technical SAP requirements. Builds and maintains strong end user relationships as single-point-of-contact for all SAP CS-related matters.
  • Creation of requirements confirmation document (data mapping for each object of master and transaction, creation of migration policy and migration procedure) for Migration of ECC to S/4
  • Hand Over the development request to offshore development center.
  • Acceptance testing after development.
  • Creation and implementation of test scenarios based on business processes.
  • Integration testing.
  • User test support.
  • Go-live preparation.
  • Must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules:
  • Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue, billing, monitoring, Repair project planning,
  • Work with on-site team members, onsite key users and managers, to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation.
  • Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems.
  • Responsibilities: Requirement gathering, SAP Configuration, specifying interfaces, and data migration.
  • Customer and Business Partner management.
  • Service Contract and Quotation processing.
  • Experience in integration with other SAP modules Reporting.
  • Experience in third party Integration with SAP Service and maintenance orders.
