Lead a team (AEM associates – digital data specialists) that provides administrative/ functional support and technical troubleshooting against a set of pre-defined and documented processes and objectives. ▪ Liaise with other functions to ensure delivery mitigate risks to Service Delivery. ▪ Ensure efficient communication across levels and stake holders. ▪ Ability to define and lead calibration calls to minimize defect rate within the team. ▪ Identify escalations, one-off cases and drives data issues to resolution. ▪ Translate SLAs and Objectives into clearly articulated set of measurable activities and ensure Accuracy and timeliness SLAs are constantly met and exceeded. ▪ Ensure standard, ad-hoc reports are delivered as per schedule. ▪ Closely monitor performance of the team by regular audits and chalk out action plan for identified developmental areas. Effectively co-ordinate training needs of team to consistently meet quality needs of Client in a changing environment. ▪ Forecasting and Capacity Planning. ▪ Leave and Attrition Management.
Technical / Professional Skills: • Expert knowledge of AEM/CQ, HTML5, CSS3, Java,JavaScript and related technologies. • Flexible to adapt processes and system rules to drive business outcomes. • Sound Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Ability to individually solve technical problems using troubleshooting steps and identify practical actions. People Management Skills: • Should be a driver to lead a team of 10 to 15 members to achieve and exceed client objective by maintaining an good relation within the team. Other Skills: • Should have excellent communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Strong analytical capabilities, ability to interpret requirements, and provides business recommendations to mitigate business and operational risks. Education and Qualifications: • Any Graduate • Good to have relevant certifications AEM Certifications. Work Experience : • Preferred 8 to 12 years of experience working with Adobe AEM/CQ. • Experience in auditing applications, templates, and components for the Adobe AEM/CQ product (WCM, DAM, CQSE, CRX) along with troubleshooting if needed.
