• Experience in data center migration to AWS
• 2+ years of experience in following areas:
o Shell Scripting and Python
o Query and database system tuning for performance [execution plan optimization]
• Deep understanding of Oracle internals and features [Oracle, AWS certification a plus]
• Deep understanding of Golden gate, Postgres, Aurora Postgres
• Setup of bi-directional and peer-peer to replication patterns
• Knowledge on Pglogical replication for postgres
• Experience with relational modeling [normalization / de-normalization / reverse-engineering]
• Experience with supporting of Oracle Golden Gate
• Experience with on-premises and cloud-deployment system patterns & practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills [English]
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile as well as Waterfall development methodologies
