Overview

Heritage Mobile Decommissioning (HMD) is a multi-year transformation programme that will uplift CCS to be “ready for Enterprise,” and migrate the Enterprise segments across from Libra Gemini and Corporate Gemini.

 

HMD has two objectives i.e.

 

  • Migration of enterprise customers from the Heritage IT stacks (Gemini Libra and Gemini Corporate) to the CCS ecosystem

 

  • Decommissioning of the Heritage IT stacks.

 

Within the programme sits specifically the Migrations Team who hold a number of accountabilities and are responsible for ensuring all remaining customers on Libra Gemini and Corporate Gemini are considered ‘technical migration ready’, managing the scope of migration events, and ultimately managing the end-to-end migration experience for each and every customer as seamlessly as possible whilst maintaining at minimum a like-for-like customer experience.

This is a collaborative team where you’ll be supported and developed through challenges and a broad set of skills, both technical and business impacting. You’ll be working across teams and employing a mix of technical skills, data analysis and business sense. Job Description

 

 

The primary purpose of this role is to produce, maintain and develop visualisation and reporting dashboards for monthly migrations KPI and customer scope reporting, to meet business requirements using variety of data sources and analysis topics.

 

Key accountabilities include – 

 

Impact on the Business

  • Complete scheduled reporting in line with operating instructions and within deadlines
  • Ensure operating procedures are maintained, complete and fully up to date
  • Support migrations data and reporting infrastructure, provision and design
  • Ensure accurate & timely collation of migrations data used for regular reporting
  • Provide Ad-hoc analysis and visualisation when required to support critical programme decisions
  • Develop and maintain migrations KPI and scope data analysis visualisation and dashboards
  • Automation of all regular data reporting & dashboards

 

Leadership and teamwork

  • Work closely with migrations Product Owner and the UK migration analyst team to identify business needs and resolve any data validation or data Integrity issues
  • Work across functions to solve problems and proactively support all key objectives associated with the monthly and live migrations cycle

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to visualise data and reporting to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Communication

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management discipline with the UK teams
  • Present and visualise complex information.

Skills & Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has amazing technical skills who can communicate their ideas and concepts to a non-technical audience. You should be a natural problem solver who loves a challenge. You should also have the following skills and experience: 1-3 years’ experience within an analytical/reporting role Experience with technical applications: - Qlik or other data visualisation and dashboard tools High level of numeracy Desirable knowledge: - Qlik Sense Ab Initio / UNIX scripting SQL Developer Python / ML Previous experience in a fast-paced programme / major projects reporting role.
