Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote products/services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing activities, including social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets to optimize resources and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, advertisements, and promotional videos.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders for PR and publicity purposes.
  • Manage internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.           
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop marketing and communication strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms.
    • Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to produce marketing materials.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
    • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Manage social media accounts and online presence, engaging with followers and monitoring feedback.
    • Cultivate relationships with media contacts, influencers, and partners for PR and promotional opportunities.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts and support lead-generation activities.
    • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines in all marketing and communication materials.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team members, if applicable.

     

     

    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
    • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.

Content Creation: Strong writing and storytelling skills to create compelling and engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral. Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising (PPC), and content marketing. Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media platforms, understanding audience behavior, creating engaging content, and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Copywriting and Editing: Ability to write persuasive and impactful copy for advertisements, marketing materials, press releases, and other communication channels. Proficiency in editing and proofreading content for accuracy and consistency. Market Research: Skills in conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, identifying target audiences, and gaining insights to inform marketing communication strategies. Public Relations: Knowledge of public relations techniques, including media relations, press release writing, crisis management, and event planning, to maintain a positive brand image and manage external communications. Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure marketing campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts. Interpersonal and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of marketing communication plans. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns within allocated budgets and timelines. Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to differentiate marketing communication efforts and capture audience attention in a competitive landscape. Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably with a focus on digital marketing. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
