You will have a very solid SAP IdM & GRC background ideally in a public sector or Defence consulting environment. Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, OCM, process design, planning and managing execution of the build.
• Extensive demonstrable SAP IdM & GRC experience including: o 2 full end-to end project lifecycles o Building connectors to SAP & non-SAP systems o Strong T-SQL & JavaScript skills o Strong understanding of SCIM & LDAP o Strong understanding of all modules of GRC Access Controls • Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem • An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment • Strong stakeholder management skills
