  • At least 5 years corporate IT experience
  • Has Service Desk 1st Line and supervision experience.
  • Has worked in an ITIL organization before
  • Has knowledge/experience of major/critical incident management.
  • Has experience of process improvement.
  • Experience of training groups of people
  • Has worked in a high-pressure environment.
  • Has managed and liaised with suppliers (Supplier Management)
