1. Design, document and execute manual test plans and scripts (50%).
2. Design, implement and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts (50%).
3. Analyze and report to identify application focus areas, using a metric-based approach.
4. Maintain and improve existing and new automation tests.
5. Collaborate with the delivery team to identify solutions to complex application issues.
6. Design, implement and maintain application performance tests.
7. Provide feedback on existing test/release processes and new potential for test/automation opportunities.
8. Produce and maintain high quality documentation.
9. Participate in peer code reviews.
10. Contribute to a high functioning, client-facing mature agile team; supporting both client business and tech stakeholders on a daily basis.
