Job Description
We are seeking Workday Security Consultants to join our dynamic team and contribute to our clients' success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand security requirements and design effective Workday Security solutions.
- Configure and maintain security roles, permissions, and data access in the Workday system.
- Analyze security risks and vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate controls.
- Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices for Workday Security implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Workday Security.
- Strong understanding of security concepts, access controls, and data privacy.
- Proficiency in configuring security roles, permissions, and security policies in Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot security-related issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
