Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with the defined objectives. They act as a support system for the project manager, allowing them to focus on higher-level strategic aspects of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project manager to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, taking proactive measures to address them.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Track project expenses and maintain budgetary control.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Ensure that project documentation is accurately maintained and accessible to team members.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Provide administrative support to the project manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
