Overview

You will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing LS Central/Retail solutions integrated with MS Dynamics Business Central. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining our retail business processes, driving operational efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Job Description

  1. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for LS Central/Retail and MS Dynamics Business Central solutions.

  2. Customization and Development: Develop, customize, and configure LS Central/Retail modules to meet business needs, including point-of-sale (POS), inventory management, sales, pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs.

  3. Integration: Integrate LS Central/Retail with MS Dynamics Business Central to ensure data consistency and streamline information flow between retail and backend systems.

  4. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of LS Central/Retail and MS Dynamics Business Central configurations and customizations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.

  5. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to LS Central/Retail and its integration with MS Dynamics Business Central.

  6. Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance system efficiency and response times.

  7. Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up-to-date with the latest releases and updates of LS Central/Retail and MS Dynamics Business Central and assist in planning and executing system upgrades and enhancements.

  8. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all LS Central/Retail and MS Dynamics Business Central configurations, customizations, and integrations.
