As a ServiceNow EC PRO (Employee Center Professional) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow Employee Center solutions to enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes. Your expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration will be essential in delivering innovative solutions that meet our client's HR and employee engagement objectives.
Job Description
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow EC PRO solutions.
- Design and develop ServiceNow HR service catalog items, widgets, and integrations.
- Customize and extend the ServiceNow Employee Center to meet specific HR workflow needs.
- Implement and enhance HR case management, employee onboarding, and self-service portals.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies to optimize HR processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other HR systems and third-party applications as needed.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, client scripts, and server-side scripts to automate tasks and enhance functionality.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with HR security policies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot ServiceNow EC PRO issues and incidents.
- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
